Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Proklean Technologies. Our products are all formulated after thorough scientific research, with an endeavour to be sustainable in our approach. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on any products. However, if you receive damaged/wrong products, please contact us at customercare@proklean.in within 24 hours of receiving the product and we'll do our best to rectify your issue. 

Cancellations

You can only cancel the order by writing to us on our email ID – customercare@proklean.in or calling us on  1800 8901 250 (Monday to Saturday, 10AM to 7PM) and we will help you in cancelling the order.

Please note: Orders cannot be cancelled after they are shipped. You will get an email as soon as the order is shipped.
